Default Adding Damage dealing to SF Bonder

I have been playing a lifebarrier+lifebond prot monk in SF Orozar farming lately and have been trying to figure out a good way to add damage dealing capability to it. Since a stance tank with barrier+bond+watchful spirit+essence bond requires hardly any healing (mabey 10% of the healer monks capability). Most of the time i find myself with energy just pooring in with nothin to do with it. I could sit there and spam mend condition/ailment but then the healer has nothin to do.

So with the 4 maintained enchants barrier+bond+watchful spirit+essence bond and blessed sig that gives me 3 slots for damage spells.

I looked at the monk smiting nukes etc wasnt impressed. Balth aura would be awesome if it didnt trigger scatter although i havent seen how mobs react to balth aura on a gear tank mabey its not as bad as i thought

Now im thinkin it might be cool to go mo/e and nuke with firespells that dont cause scatter or exahustion like fireball,immolate, and rodgorts

Basically im tired of sitting back doin nothing what do you guys think?

some sort of ressurection-healing for yourself-more healing for yourself

plus you should probably have bond on everyone

I am refering to SF orozar boss farming in which the tank is using a gear etc. to hold agro and this requiring only bonds on him. I have never had a situation were i needed to res as no one in the group will ever die unless somone disconnects or randomly goes afk. Bonds are only on eveyone outside of SF,

unfortuantely those are elite and i need a non elite as i have to bring lifebarrier to use in conjunction with bond on the gear tank :/

Conjure phantasm? I find that i dont exactly have time to do any damage anyway. The mesmers in there or whatever they are were boosted in their use of strip enchant recently. So I have to re-cast my enchantments almost constantly when we encounter them.

Don't worry about AoE issues once the warrior has the keg... feel free to use Balth Aura all you want... I would also suggest Zealots Fire and spam like Orison or some other low energy healing spell... again SOMETIMES the monsters run, but they will run right back to the Gear Holder.. no one else in the party needs to worry about taking damage.

My monk actually tanks the Gear inside of SF... here is the build I use on my self, while holding the gear... no one gets attacked when I put balth aura on myself..

AoE IS an issue with a Minion Master tagging along. The mobs would scatter towards the minions and start attacking them, OR they would run the other direction and make the minions move futher up than they should, scatter them.

That gives the minion master a harder time controlling their own minions. That is if you have a good MM to start of with.

Signet of Judgment does good damage to multiple enemies and is not an aoe spell. You said you already have your elite, but if you want to try something different, it's a nice one to have. Combine it with Mantra of Signets, and then you can use Signet of Judgment twice in a row.

Another way to inflict good damage while standing around in SF while oro farming is to use Smite Hex. The enemies usually hex your stance tank. Cast Smite Hex on your stance tank to remove a hex and inflict some damage to multiple enemies.

I know the first idea above wouldn't work for you with your current build with an elite already. But still, just a couple quick thoughts on causing damage to multiple enemies, if you find times you have abundant energy and you're just standing around waiting. If you put some points into Smiting, the damage can be significant from these skills.
